GRAFTON—For two years now, the Grafton Memorial Day Committee has given a special award to a citizen in Taylor County that has been instrumental in helping to make the Memorial Day Parade a success.
For the past few years, Toothman Ford has been the proud sponsor of the Steeline Pittsburgh Drum Line.
In addition, throughout the years General Manager JR Toothman, has made several contributions to the Memorial Day Committee to help make the parade a success.
Last week, members from the West Virginia Memorial Day Committee Inc., presented Toothman with the Dr. William C. Nicholas Memorial Award.
“We wanted to do something special for you, for all of your hard work and dedication to the parade,” said Parade Chairman Scott Willis. “You have always help us and the community in so many ways.”
JR Toothman shared that on behalf of Toothman Ford they are proud to accept the Dr. Nicholas Award from the West Virginia Memorial Day Committee.
“This is a special honor to us at Toothman Ford because Dr. Nick was a great friend to the dealership and to us personally,” expressed Toothman. “We are proud to support this great tradition.”
