WVADA is excited to welcome the opportunity to meet with you at our 92nd Dealer Family Convention at The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV. The dates will be June 8-11, 2025.We anticipate another great turn out again this year! We hope that you will join us and participate as an attendee/sponsor again this year.
*Sponsorship and company logo must be submitted by May 1st.
As the agenda is finalized, we are relying on your participation through sponsorship of an event. Your support as a sponsor will contribute to the success of our convention. For your convenience, we have included the necessary forms for you to download and once the forms are submitted an invoice will be sent. In addition, there is an opportunity to display an exhibit for three days throughout our event. This allows one on one time with you and our dealers.

(Sponsor of Pool Party or Chairman’s Dinner) – Includes 4 event registrations, 3 golf registrations, & Exhibit space
Titanium ($10,000)-
(Sponsor of Premier Event) – Includes 3 event registrations, 2 golf registrations, & Exhibit space
Platinum ($7,500)-
Includes 2 event registrations, 1 golf registrations
Co-sponsor a premier event:
Chairman Dinner, golf outing, skeet tournament, welcome reception, etc.
Gold ($5,000)-
Includes 1 event registration
Co-sponsor a premier event:
Welcome gift, board meeting, etc.
Silver ($3,500)-
Co-sponsor an event:
Event speaker, entertainment, business meeting, etc.
